This class meets at 6820 Kimball Drive, STE D Gig Harbor, 98335 from 1-2:30pm on Saturday March 27th, 2010. Seminar includes bag work and partner drills based on the 10 Movement Method for self defense.

Schedule a Women's Self Defense Seminar for your office, employees, or your favorite club or group. Minimum enrollment is 8, and maximum class size is 15. Seminar must be scheduled within 30 days of purchase date.
