  • Institute of Chinese Martial Arts - My Choy Lay Fut Sihing (older brother) Richard Craig is a fellow student of Grandmaster Mak Hin Fai. His kung fu school operates in Federal Way. He has contributed to my understanding of kung fu and Chinese martial arts in general.

I have experienced this program first hand and recommend that all my students participate in this full-force adrenaline response self-defense workshop, appropriate named “Courage Quest.”

  • American Council on Exercise - ACE is a non-profit organization devoted to promoting health and fitness, and also offer nationally recognized certifications for personal trainers, group exercise instructors, etc. I chose to become an ACE professional because I identify with their approach to fitness education and appreciate their high standards for certification. Their site is a great resource for fitness information of all kinds.
