About
As a personal trainer and martial arts school owner it is my job to be fit and to help others get fit. I have learned that real fitness is a process – a lifestyle – not a workout routine. Working out hard and often does not guarantee results, it takes planning, discipline, study and practice to learn how to train effectively. No matter what your fitness level, I can help you discover what piece of the puzzle you are missing.
Client Centered Programming
There are ultimately two kinds of personal training clients:
- People who exercise regularly and who already have discipline, but their programs lack the “intelligence” necessary to get them to the next level.
- De-conditioned people who lack discipline and motivation.
If you are client number one, the problem is that you just know enough about different types or modes of exercise to make your routine really kick. If you are client number two, then you are open to learning, but bad at being consistent. My services will have value for you either way. Don’t take my word for it, read my testimonials page and see what my clients have to say.
