Most personal training clients want to lose weight. Unfortunately, the majority of them do not stick around long enough to achieve their goals. The main reason for clients dropping out is a lack of discipline. Losing weight is not just about working out – IT REQUIRES LIFESTYLE CHANGE.
If you want weight loss, buying personal training sessions (and showing up) or purchasing home workout equipment will help, but you will have to do a lot more. Lifestyle change includes eating better, resting more and the willingness to push through the initial conditioning phase of exercise.
Most people in America are overweight or obese because they cannot do these things. You do not have to be one of them. You can do better, you can loose weight and become a fit person – if you make commitment to me (as your trainer) and to yourself.
No More Excuses
I know what you are thinking “I would love to commit to an exercise program, I just don’t have time.” That is just an excuse, and a lame one at that. Everyone has time to exercise, they just don’t. A well-planned exercise session of merely 30 minutes a day can yield incredible results. We both know you have 30 minutes a day to work out, you just spend that time in front of the TV or a computer screen.
