FIT TO FIGHT

FIT TO FIGHT is a one-of-a-kind fitness program for combative sports athletes. There are many people who learn the fighting arts to gain fitness benefits, but FIT TO FIGHT (FTF) is an APT fitness program for fighters. FTF is not a martial arts program – it teaches fitness concepts and techniques that develop power and endurance for participation and competition in combative sports. If you are a current competitor, or are in training to begin competing, you must achieve a level of conditioning beyond the average student. You are working hard to be FIT TO FIGHT. To prepare for mat or ring fighting, your program has to maximize results in a limited time and prevent injury and burnout. The FIT TO FIGHT Fighting Fundamentals will prepare you to win like no other training regimen can. If you are an MMA fighter, Sport Ju-jitsu player, Grappler, Wrestler, Boxer, Kickboxer, Mui Thai fighter, or Sport Karate/TKD player, FIT TO FIGHT will take your fitness to the next level.
The Training Program
Most personal training programs (and trainers) focus on field and court sports like football, track, baseball, tennis etc. Most martial arts instructors, boxing and wrestling coaches include some conditioning in their training programs. Unfortunately, most of these programs lack several key elements that combative sports athletes need. FTF is the only fitness program designed specifically for combative sports athletes and the particular demands of their sports.
