Buff Mom’s Club
The Buff Mom’s Club (BMC) is a small group personal training class for women only. You do not have to be “Buff” to join the club, you just have to be willing to learn, sweat and literally “work your butt off.”
BMC Small group personal training is a great format I use to maintain excellent instructional quality and save my clients hundreds of dollars (up to $700/month) on their personal training bills! By keeping the class small, the Buff Mom’s get one-on-one quality instruction for a fraction of the cost.
Buff Mom’s Training
The BMC workout is designed to vaporize calories at an alarming rate while strengthening and toning the abs, butt and thighs. Classes include:
- Basic martial arts strikes for self-defense and fitness
- Russian kettlebell exercises for total body strength
- Core stabilization with medicine balls and stability balls
- Jump rope for leg strength and cardiovascular conditioning
- TRX Suspension Training
