Boot Camp

Aprile Personal Training Boot Camp is the ultimate no-nonsense adult group fitness program in the Gig Harbor/Tacoma area.  This is not cardio-kickboxing taught by some personal trainer in tight clothes and a headset – this is the real deal.

Using my expertise in exercise program design combined with over 20 years of martial arts training – I have created a one-of a kind adult fitness class.  It combines the martial arts basics (mostly using heavy bags) with medicine balls, jump rope, core stabilization and flexibility training all in a non-stop, intense, interval workout.  Boot Camp classes burn between 400 – 600 calories per hour and will challenge every major muscle group in your body. The best part is: you could take my class for 3 years and never repeat the same class format, exercise sequence or combination!
