Payment Policies

  • All services must be purchased on a pre-paid basis.
  • We will not reserve time or spaces in any class before payment is received.

PayPal

Our online store uses PayPal as its online payment service.

If you already have a PayPal account, make sure all your account information is correct (address, email, etc).  If your account information does not match the information you input in the checkout phase, your transaction may not process correctly.

Refunds

Aprile Personal Training (or Gig Harbor Karate Academy) will not refund or credit any tuition collected through this website, so make sure you are certain that you know what you are buying.  If you have any questions about a product or service, please contact us.

Unused Lessons

  • There is no credit for unused lessons.
  • Training time must be used on or before the expiration date with no exceptions.

Scheduling

All lessons are scheduled according the best possible mach between client’s schedules and APT Trainer availability.

Re-scheduling/Cancellations

We understand that plans sometimes need to change and we will make every possible attempt to re-schedule training sessions when clients provide at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation.  In cases where we receive less than 48 hours notice, clients will not receive credit for any missed training time.
